Location: Outside Forest Surgery – Walking to Deadwater Valley
** Please wear appropriate footwear, trainers or walking boots
Description: Come join us for a gentle walk and talk session, led by the NHS and East Hants PCN Health and Wellbeing Coach, Zoë.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to improve your health, meet new people, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Patients at the Bordon Surgeries welcomed.
Jenny the Social Prescriber from Pinehill Surgery will be in attendance.
