Due to the covid-19 pandemic the clinic has adjusted the process for repeat prescription requests to the following:
- Patients aged 60 years and over can now request their medication over the telephone by calling the surgery on: 01420 477 968.
- Patients of any age can request their medication by sending an email to email@example.com. The email must include the following information to reduce delays: Full name, Date of Birth, List (name) of required medication and which pharmacy you would like to collect the medication from.
For patients who have online access to their medical records but are experiencing difficulties please send your request via email with a covering letter explaining your access issues and a member of the team will process this information to reduce any delay.
If you are on regular medication we will provide you with repeat prescriptions. Please tear off the counterfoil on your prescription and tick the items you require. You may post or fax your requests to us in writing. (Our fax no is : 01420 489471)

Please note in the interest of safety and accuracy, requests must be in writing and cannot be taken over the phone.
Please remember to put your requests in early as we require 72 hours (3 working days), excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, to process them.
Prescriptions will be sent to a local Chemist - Boots, Chase Pharmacy or Gees at you request within 3 working days.
